Yes, I would use this company again! Did their work in excellence. Impressed! Mr. Ashby and his team did an extraordinary job. The evaluation of our situation was clear, fair, and concise! His 2-man team were respectful, Covid-19 measures applied, and professional. Well trained and timely in their work.

We are happy with the service provided when our unit was installed. Everything continues to work well. They showed up a little earlier than expected but completed the job sooner than expected as well. Would definitely recommend them for heating and air needs. I hope that Christian Brothers consistently continues the great work they are doing! I love supporting local business!

Christian Brothers is an amazing company. Our A/C went out last summer during mid June and I was 8 months pregnant. We tried multiple places but everyone was booked. Christian Brothers had a cancellation and called me back to put me in that slot. My A/C was up and running better than ever in less than one week. Audria also called to check on me and the baby (they genuinely care). They told me about a complementary maintenance service and they followed through. I didn't have to call them Audria called me and scheduled the appointment. They came out changed filters, checked voltage, etc. Using this company was an amazing experience and I look forward to continue working with them throughout the years.

Without reservations, I highly recommend this company. I received 4 quotes and met 4 different heating & air salesmen before I chose Christian Brothers to install my AC/ Heating unit in July. Each company was different and had different recommendations. This is a big decision and I wanted it done right. I am an educator and I don't know anything about Heating & Air. I have an older home and wanted someone to help me trouble shoot multiple issues. Christian Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning was the only company that really listened. All my questions were answered and they explained everything that needed to be done and discussed many options before they gave me a quote. I am pleased to say the temperature is even upstairs and downstairs; first time in 40 years. I LOVE the heat! I don't get the blast of cold air when it comes on, like other systems. I am writing this review on Christmas Eve because it's a very cold night and I have my thermostat on 70 and it feels like 76 degrees. I can't believe it! My gas bill was $54.00 last month. It's NEVER been that low. Again, I highly recommend this company because they listen and follow-through with their promises. Excellence is evident from the initial call to schedule the service, to the sales call, to the installation. They even come back out after the installation to make sure everything was done correctly. This is something that many salespeople promise, but don't do. The technicians wear masks (I had this done in July, 2020 during Covid-19) , cover their shoes, bring drop cloths and put them down everywhere they walk and clean up everything when they leave. Yes, this is a long review. It's almost been 6 months. I have had enough time to experience the heating & air. I confident you will have a positive experience with this company. I certainly did!

I’m usually hesitant to share my great people and vendors with the world, but here it goes! I was referred to Christian Brothers Heating and Air when we needed a new HVAC unit replaced in 2019 after another vendor suggested I spend $18k on a new unit. I called the office and talked to Ms. Pamela and she was very helpful and responsive. The guys checked the unit and replaced it. I’m pretty sure based on other quotes I’ve heard about they were extremely competitive with their pricing. Since then we have them come out and service our units each year. I also just had to call them about an issue and they fixed it up- no problem. Robert our AC guy for the maint call was super friendly and professional. You can tell when you interact with the people in the office and the field team that they run like a family. I’m also super impressed with the technology they use to keep you updated on your appointments. I got a text that the person was on the way with his picture. Anyway, I can’t say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them and trust the work they do.
